Hi, I’m Rachel, the heart behind Zen Assist. With over a decade of experience in corporate environments and seven years of running my own virtual assistant business, I’ve honed the skills needed to bring structure and organisation to any business. This isn’t just a new chapter for Zen Assist; it’s a rebirth and a fresh direction, inspired by my own journey as a single parent and entrepreneur. After leaving the corporate world, I launched my VA business to help others navigate the complexities of running a company.
